Overview: We are adding another handyman to our field crew. You will be responsible for a wide range of residential handyman repairs. The most important qualifications are mechanical skill and strong character. We pride ourselves on the quality of our craftsmanship and expect that you will perform quality work. Because you will be working in people’s homes, you must also have a trustworthy character. You must be gracious and honest in your interactions with clients and coworkers. We are looking for those who live by the Golden Rule and aren’t afraid of the word virtue. In return, we provide a wholesome, low-pressure work environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Complete handyman repairs using a variety of mechanical skills, such as carpentry, painting, drywall, basic electrical, and basic plumbing

• Diagnose repair needs in residential settings

• Offer multiple solutions to repair requests

• Purchase materials at local stores

• Work with a team or solo

Qualifications:

• Trustworthy character and integrity

• Mechanical aptitude for repair

• Proficiency in carpentry, painting, drywall, basic electrical, and basic plumbing

• Ability to do physical labor

• Ability to work in all weather

• 3 years experience in relevant fields preferred

• High School Diploma or GED

• Driver’s license

• Valid U.S. work permit

• Proficiency in English language

• Non-smoker

• Fully vaccinated for COVID-19

Salary commensurate with experience, ranging $20-$30/hour
