COVID-19 Update 4

After our weekly review this morning, we have decided to start slowly taking on a limited number of jobs. At this point, we are only considering outdoor work. We will evaluate all job requests on a case by case basis. If we decide not to take on your job at this time, we can add your name to our current waitlist. You can also contact us to be put on our waitlist for indoor work. Previous clients will be given priority on the waitlist.

If we do decide to take on your job, we will attempt to conduct a virtual estimate. During the actual work, we will continue to follow all recommended protocols of hand washing, sanitizing surfaces, and social distancing. We will not be sending out employees who have presented symptoms themselves or who have been in close contact with someone presenting symptoms. Similarly, we will ask you to cancel your appointment at the first sign of any symptoms in yourself or those you have been in contact with. We will waive cancellation fees for anyone canceling for this reason.

Thank you for your continued patience, and for joining us in prioritizing the health of our clients, employees, and neighbors during this difficult time.

Micaela MacDougall

After a journey through academia (St. John’s College and the University of St Andrews), I now work for my family’s home repair business. I work hard to balance this with my real full-time job: having a physical disability. If you really want to get to know me, talk to me about my favorite authors and books: the Inklings, Jane Austen, Dante Alighieri, and the collected writings in the Bible.
